SWATX is looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts for highly skilled technical positions.
This role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that attract top technical talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape and have a proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in a competitive market.
You Will: Lead all phases of the recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates and promote SWATX as an employer of choice.
Evaluate candidate resumes and provide insights based on deep industry knowledge and experience.
Facilitate interview processes, providing guidance to hiring teams for effective candidate evaluation.
Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on sourcing effectiveness and overall recruitment performance.
Essential Requirements: Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.
Desirable Requirements: Familiarity with current technology trends and the evolving needs of the tech industry.
Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development.
HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.
