Company Description A Multi-National Insurance Company .
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Az Zaqāzīq. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage and lead a team to achieve business objectives, and ensure excellent customer service delivery. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, monitoring branch performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in team development, training, and mentoring.
Qualifications Experience in leadership, team management, and organizational skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and achieving targets Knowledge of insurance products, specifically Takaful insurance, and relevant industry standards Proficiency in analyzing financial data and managing budgets Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in a similar managerial role, ideally within the insurance or financial sector, is a plus Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing insurance operations in Egypt
