Junior Analyst - Valuation Advisory Location: Cairo, Egypt
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Valuation Advisory team in Cairo. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in real estate valuation while working with diverse property types across Egypt's dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support senior valuers in conducting property appraisals across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. You will assist in collecting and analyzing market data, including comparable sales, rental rates, and development costs. Preparation of detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation will be a core responsibility, along with conducting property inspections and documenting physical characteristics, location attributes, and condition assessments.
You will utilize industry-standard valuation software and databases to support analysis and contribute to feasibility studies and investment analysis for development projects. Building relationships with local brokers, developers, and property professionals to maintain current market intelligence is essential, as is supporting business development activities and client presentations when required.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering is required. Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are necessary, along with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Egyptian real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment is preferred, along with familiarity with international valuation standards (RICS Red Book, IVS). Previous internship or entry-level experience in real estate, banking, or professional services is advantageous.
