  • Oversee and optimize the production processes for home appliance manufacturing to ensure efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the production line.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and support preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products and technologies into the production environment.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process changes.
