  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily electrical maintenance activities across the paper production lines (Pulping, Paper Machines, Utilities, Finishing).
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of instrumentation and control systems related to paper machines.
  • Lead, train, and supervise electrical engineers, technicians, and electricians.
  • Assign work schedules and ensure proper manpower utilization.
  • Evaluate team performance and support skill development and training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, procedures, and plant HSE regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for electrical installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and industry standards.
  • Manage electrical spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical spares.
  • Control maintenance costs and prepare departmental budgets.
