As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our product quality standards, leading test planning, execution, and automation efforts to ensure every release reflects the same excellence we deliver in every client interaction, demo, and campaign.
Responsibilities
Tech Delivery Tracking
Track daily and weekly story completion (features/bugs).
Track overall progress and team velocity through Jira or similar tools
Highlight any blockers or inefficiencies and escalate them as needed.
Bug Coordination & Cross-Functional Follow-up
Liaise with the Ops team to verify and categorize reported bugs.
Collaborate with the Ops team to analyze recurring bug patterns and identify areas for process or knowledge improvement
Tech Resource Management
Facilitate team discussions to ensure stories and features are assigned collaboratively based on capacity.
Support the team in self-organizing and managing their own assignments within agreed capacity guidelines.
Help the team maintain balanced workloads and identify potential bottlenecks early.
Process Enforcement & Improvement
Ensure compliance with team processes and workflows (e.g., daily updates, backlog grooming).
Maintain daily follow-up on status updates and identify process gaps.
Ensure that meeting outcomes and action items are captured and shared transparently.
Collaboration & Communication
Schedule and facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, and feature planning.
Direct team members to appropriate help when issues arise.
Guide and support new hires in workload management and focus.
External Coordination
Communicate and follow up with external partners or third-party tech contributors.
Track integration milestones, blockers, or deliverables involving external contacts.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, quality assurance, or process improvement
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, with a basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in bug tracking and root cause analysis
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work across teams and support process improvements
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and preventing regressions
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and support team collaboration
