  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the IT department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance productivity and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, certifications, and company policies.
