About the Role:We are seeking a Junior Production/Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and optimizing injection molding machines (ARBURG & STORK) and ensuring smooth production processes to deliver defect-free, high-quality plastic products.
Duties & Responsibilities:· Set up and operate injection molding machines (ARBURG & STORK).· Install, configure, and adjust robot programs and parameters as required.· Manage machine-specific functions, including equipment setup, loading, operation, and performance optimization.· Troubleshoot and resolve production line stoppages, applying corrective actions to minimize downtime.· Adjust and control machine and robot parameters to achieve defect-free labeled products.· Follow up on production plan changes and coordinate activities with the direct manager and team.
Job Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Power Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics.· 0–1 year of experience in production or process engineering in the plastic industry.· Basic Knowledge of the injection process/machine.. Good Knowledge of Plastic Materials· Familiarity with IML robots and SAP systems.. Prefer residents in the Giza area
