Responsibilitiescontact outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads and presenting our [product/service]. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close deals. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Previous Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Strong ability to build rapport over the phone. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
