Job Details

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
  • Receive and handle inbound calls from interested customers professionally.
  • Present, promote, and explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience is an advantage.Experience in ERP, software, IT services, or B2B sales is a strong plus.Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or similar sales role (preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to persuade, influence, and close sales over the phone.Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).Good command of spoken and written English (Arabic is a strong plus).Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
