This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview


The Brand Marketing Specialist will architect and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role focuses on shaping how the company’s technology services are perceived by business leaders in regulated industries through strategic content creation, audience growth initiatives, community engagement, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Content Strategy
  • Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy aligned with services and industry audiences


  • Define messaging frameworks for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that reflect brand values, expertise, and solutions


  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms


Content Creation
  • Produce short-form content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, LinkedIn articles, tutorials)


  • Create scripts, captions, thumbnails, and creative assets that reinforce positioning as a trusted IT partner


  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to translate technical topics into accessible, engaging content


Community & Audience Growth
  • Grow and engage an audience of business leaders, technology decision-makers, and industry professionals


  • Manage engagement through comments, direct messages, LinkedIn groups, and live formats


  • Foster thoughtful, professional interactions that strengthen brand credibility


Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze reach, impressions, engagement, and subscriber growth


  • Use performance insights to refine content strategy and improve results month over month


  • Produce monthly performance reports and growth forecasts


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging across launches and campaigns


  • Support paid media efforts with organic content insights and audience learnings


Qualifications


Experience
  • Proven success building and growing professional brands on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn


  • Experience interpreting performance data to inform content and brand strategy


  • Familiarity with B2B audiences and technology positioning


Skills
  • Strong visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills


  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices


  • Comfort presenting on camera or guiding on-camera talent


  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
