- Oversee and manage all legal affairs of the company and represent it before official and judicial authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts and agreements, including
- Engineering consultancy contracts
- Design and supervision contracts
- Partnership and joint venture agreements
- Subconsultant and subcontractor agreements
- Review tender documents, bids, and contractual conditions related to engineering projects.
- Provide legal advice and support to senior management and other departments.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, arbitration cases (including engineering disputes), and coordinate with external law firms.
- Provide binding legal opinions to management.
- Approve contracts from a legal perspective.
- Appoint and liaise with external legal advisors.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.Licensed lawyer (bar membership preferred).Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in legal affairs.Previous experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or technical firms is highly preferred.Strong legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage disputes and legal risks effectively.
