General Purpose
Ensures that the costs for the company's products & services are allocated according to corporate procedures & in compliance with Financial Accounting Standards.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Assure production BOMs are updated in the SAP system.
• Contribute to discussions and reviews conducted during yearly audits.
• Ensure a proper discipline of the SAP system updates regarding the daily production process orders, monitor the daily production levels, and the daily material consumption.
• Monitor and report the daily WIP inventory levels and advise the production team on the proper reconciliation actions.
• Maintain the cost accounting system with the proper SKU routing.
• Monitor and report the daily receiving of Raw Milk.
• Provide the monthly actual COGS analysis by SKU.
• Report the weekly and month-end LIP, identifying the opportunities to improve the production waste.
Experience
0 - 2 years of Experience
Skills/Qualifications
Outstanding skills in using MS Office packages, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Recognize the principles of internal auditing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are a must.
