Yes Pac is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive our international business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics, with proven experience in B2B exports—preferably in the plastics or packaging industry—along with hands-on involvement in trade missions and new market penetration. Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Handle export documentation, shipping arrangements, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners. Participate in international trade missions, exhibitions, and business delegations to support export growth. Identify, penetrate, and develop new export markets to expand the company’s international footprint. Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery. Prepare reports and analyze export performance to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in export operations, preferably in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industries. Proven experience in export market penetration and development of new international markets. Prior involvement in international trade missions, exhibitions, or export promotion activities. Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (French is a plus).????
