Senior Marketing Strategy

We are looking for a strategy-driven marketing professional who can build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, not just manage content or social media posting.
This role focuses on target audience analysis, campaign planning, lead generation, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop full marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Define and segment target audiences (demographics, behaviors, pain points)
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across relevant channels
Develop campaign messaging and value propositions
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion
Track and analyze KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, cost per lead)
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
This Role Is Not
Focused only on social media posting
Measured by likes, followers, or vanity metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
Experience in strategic or B2B marketing roles is a MUST
Strong understanding of buyer personas and customer journeys
Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills
