We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our sales operations in:
Delta Region
Upper Egypt (Sa‘id)
The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams across assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Location:One position based in Delta RegionOne position based in Upper Egypt (Sa‘id)
