About the Role

We are opening a new position for an experienced Senior Odoo Engineer to join our on-site

team in Aleppo. The ideal candidate will lead Odoo development, customization,

implementation, and integration efforts across multiple business units. This role requires

strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving ability, and the leadership skills to

guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Backend & Frontend).

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations including requirements gathering,

configuration, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs, web services, and connectors.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Odoo environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Odoo modules.

• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the Odoo team.

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development (preferably v13–v17).

• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

• Proven experience in full Odoo implementation lifecycle.

• Experience creating custom Odoo modules from scratch.

• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and Odoo deployment methodologies.

• Strong understanding of business workflows (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR,

Manufacturing, etc.).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work fully on-site in Aleppo.

Preferred Skills

• Odoo Enterprise experience.

• Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience leading technical teams or projects.
