Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans and adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all students.
Provide individualized support to students, fostering their academic and social growth within the classroom.
Help in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Encourage and support students in group activities, promoting teamwork and positive peer relationships.
Assist in classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and instructional skills.
