Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer based in El Obour. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to support the manufacture of precision parts. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up CNC machines, ensuring efficient machining processes, and troubleshooting technical issues as needed. The role also involves working closely with engineers and machinists to improve production processes and ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC programming, including knowledge of G-code and M-code Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to optimize production efficiency Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in manufacturing Ability to collaborate with engineers and machinists in a team-oriented environment Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in CNC programming and operations is highly desirable
