Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include showcasing properties, facilitating negotiations, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The consultant will also work to maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide professional advice on property investments and transactions Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and deliver exceptional support Proficiency in Sales, including negotiation and closing skills to achieve targets and foster client satisfaction Understanding of the local property market and relevant regulations Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a real estate or sales role is a plus Proficiency in using CRM tools and property management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
