Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Port Said, Egypt.
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure timely staffing to support operational needs.
Additionally, the role may include supporting training and onboarding programs for new hires and contributing to HR processes related to employee development and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)

• Conduct structured and competency-based interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

• Support onboarding and training activities for new employees

• Maintain recruitment records and support HR reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and hiring

• Strong ability to identify and attract top talent

• Experience in conducting structured interviews

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in training and onboarding new employees

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred

• Residence in Port Said or Port Fouad is highly preferred
