  •  Lead the conceptual and schematic design process.
  • Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic architectural solutions.
  • Follow the design direction for projects and ensure consistency throughout.
  • Sketching and refining initial design concepts.
  • Preparing client presentations and design boards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, interior, and landscape teams.
  • Oversee design deliverables and timelines in collaboration with Team leaders.
  • Review and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and project scope.
  • Guide junior architects and interns on design development and technical standards.
  •  Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee production of drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
