  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and present key findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and other financial partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
