#Job Purpose:
The Group CFO is responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance, and performance of the entire group, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and value creation across all subsidiaries. The role oversees group-wide finance functions, including financial planning, reporting, treasury, risk management, taxation, and investor relations.
#Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the group’s overall financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals across all business units.
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.

- Manage group cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Oversee banking relationships, funding structures, and debt management.
- Drive value creation, capital efficiency, and profitability across all entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely group consolidated financial statements.
- Support corporate governance and board reporting requirements.
- Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
- Prepare board presentations, investor reports, and financial disclosures.
- Establish and maintain group-wide financial controls and risk management frameworks.
#Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (Master’s / MBA preferred).Professional certification, such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA.15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.Proven experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, or Finance Director in a group or multi-entity environment.Strong knowledge of consolidation, IFRS, taxation, treasury, and corporate finance. #Key Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking and commercial acumenStrong leadership and stakeholder managementAdvanced financial analysis and decision-makingRisk management and governance expertiseHigh integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
