Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the CMO and senior leadership to execute a high-end, editorial-led marketing program. This is a hands-on execution role focused on translating strategy into brand-safe delivery across campaigns, content, social, visual assets, and experiential initiatives, while maintaining the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Execute assigned components of the annual marketing plan across digital campaigns, editorial releases, events, and social media.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in a remote environment.
Proactively flag risks, delays, or gaps before deadlines are impacted.
Content & Editorial Production
Draft first-pass content across editorial features, brand-led social captions, email campaigns, and website content blocks.
Adapt long-form content into short-form executions.
Deliver clean, publication-ready documents with minimal revision.
Social Media Management (Brand-Led)
Manage day-to-day social execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Build and maintain monthly social calendars aligned with campaigns and events.
Write captions in a refined, luxury editorial voice.
Schedule posts independently and maintain platform quality.
Support pre-event, live (when appropriate), and post-event content.
Photo & Video Editing (Execution-Focused)
Edit and prepare photo and video assets for social, editorial, website, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Perform light-to-moderate editing including color correction, tonal consistency, cropping, formatting, pacing, and basic motion.
Ensure all visual assets meet luxury brand standards.
Coordinate remotely with photographers, videographers, and designers.
Brand & Asset Management
Maintain brand assets, guidelines, and visual references.
Ensure consistency across all outputs.
Prepare designer-ready briefs and asset lists.
AI Creative & Visual Production
Write production-ready prompts for AI video and imagery tools.
Organize creative assets and prompt libraries by campaign and version.
Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms.
Events & Experiential Support
Support invite-only events and experiential activations through remote coordination.
Assist with venue research, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Produce post-event recap content and internal summaries.
Reporting & Research
Prepare concise weekly campaign and KPI summaries.
Conduct competitive and luxury market research.
Surface insights in executive-readable formats.
Qualifications
Experience
3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign execution roles.
Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
Background working with luxury, premium, or UHNW-focused brands.
Skills
Strong writing, editorial judgment, and visual sensibility.
Proven photo and video editing capability for brand use.
Excellent time management, self-direction, and deadline discipline.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Experience with social scheduling, content calendars, and project tracking tools.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, and selective use of Canva.
Experience with or strong aptitude for AI creative tools.
Highly organized, execution-driven, calm under pressure, and protective of brand standards.
Clear, proactive communication skills.
