Egypt Education Platform is urgently seeking a skilled Science Lab Technician at one of our Prime National Schools - Westview International Language School .
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining lab equipment, preparing materials for experiments, and ensuring the lab environment is safe and organized for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and setup laboratory equipment and materials for experiments and practical sessions across various subjects.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Assist teachers in conducting experiments and demonstrations, providing support to students as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lab protocols, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Manage inventory of lab supplies, ensuring that materials are stocked and equipment is properly stored and accessible.
Document and report any issues with lab equipment or supplies to the relevant staff.
Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of the laboratory, including disposing of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.

Experience in a laboratory setting in an educational environment is preferred.
