Junior Production Engineer – Sheet Metal.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include
- Overseeing the production process of fire-rated steel doors from start to finish.

- Planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.

- Ensure optimal utilization of machinery such as bending machines and welding stations.

- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime, and maintain accurate production reports, process documentation, and compliance records.

- Develop and implement production strategies to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, forming, welding).
- Proven experience in the sheet metal industry, preferably in the manufacturing of fire-rated steel doors.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
