Intertrade, Egypt’s leading producer of PVC gaskets, is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist  to join our team. This role focuses on driving B2B sales, maintaining strong relationships with business clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of handling both sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers across domestic and regional markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and ongoing support.
  • Follow up on customer orders and coordinate closely with the planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Track and manage customer accounts, ensuring requirements are documented and followed through internally.
  • Gather customer specifications, feedback, and technical requirements, and communicate them clearly to the relevant technical, quality, or production teams.
  • Report customer complaints or technical issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Proactively visit customer sites to discuss needs, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to support lead generation and business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist in pricing discussions.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions, orders, feedback, and follow-ups in coordination with the sales administration process.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement initiatives based on market and customer insights.
