Job Purpose:
To manage and develop maintenance activities for all production machines and utilities, ensuring maximum equipment efficiency, minimum downtime, and continuous operation, especially within the plastic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power, Control, or related field).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing industry (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion machines).
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, control, and mechanical failures.
- Lead and evaluate maintenance team performance.
- Supervise PLC systems, inverters, control panels, and motors.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments.
- Analyze repeated breakdowns and apply root cause solutions.
- Prepare maintenance reports for top management.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Background in injection machine, plastic, Machines Knowledge.
