Review the drawings and measurements received from the Engineering Department.
Ensure that the technical specifications of the terms of the contract follow the terms of implementation on site.
Participate in determining the required manpower.
Assist in determining the actual project cost based on quantities and specifications.
Ensure that works are according to the required technical specifications according to specialization.
Coordinate with the project’s consultants to receive all works from the contractor according to the specified technical specifications, upon completion of each stage under the supervision of the project manager.
Review the technical specifications of the samples and catalogs submitted by the contractor.
Review the monthly invoices of the subcontractors.
Submit monthly reports on work progress and what has been achieved according to specialization to the Project Manager.
