- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and sustainability goals.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead performance management processes (KPIs, evaluations, and feedback).
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
- Support management with workforce planning, organizational structure, and change initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite work environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
