Position Title: Interior Design Draftsman

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed interior design drawings (shop drawings) according to project requirements and standards.

• Translate designers’ concepts and ideas into accurate technical and Shop drawings using design software (AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / 3D Max).

• Produce detailed drawings (flooring, ceilings, joinery, finishes, furniture layouts, etc.).

• Coordinate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings meet specifications.

• Review and update drawings based on client, consultant, or authority feedback.

• Prepare material and finishes schedules when required.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, and international standards.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• +5 years of proven experience as an Interior Design Draftsman.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory),Revit ; knowledge of 3D Max, or SketchUp is a plus.

• Good knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods.

• Ability to read and understand architectural ,MEP and structural drawings.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Previous experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
