  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and statements as required.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
