  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in full.
  • Managing the shipment of goods through customs by completing all necessary documentation
  • Coordinating shipping activities with other departments in an organized manner
  • Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Coordinating with transportation providers to arrange pickup, delivery, and storage of goods in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Responsible for all shipments from purchase orders to deliver to our warehouses in an efficient manner 
  • Preparing reports on shipping activity with information regarding order status and delivery schedules for senior management review.
  • Generation of ACID numbers, and following shipments on Nafeza Platform is a plus.
