- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all company facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Develop and enforce facility policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Oversee space planning, allocation, and office moves to support organizational needs.
- Prepare and present reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to respond to facility emergencies outside of normal working hours.Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
