Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for call center positions, from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with call center requirements and company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and timely information.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding activities.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the call center sector.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on call center recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving hiring targets and deadlines.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
