  • Take and follow up on legal actions against defaulting customers before courts of all levels and police stations, including preparing, submitting, and following up on complaints, cases, and enforcement actions.
  • Monitor and follow up on cases through all litigation stages, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
  • Handle and follow up on legal disputes related to customers.
  • Provide legal support to business and operations teams to ensure proper handling of cases.
  • Deal with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies to complete required legal procedures and approvals.
  • Protect the company from internal and external legal risks.
  • Prepare reports on all legal activities to be presented to the Legal Affairs Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Keep accurate and organized records and files for all legal actions and cases.
