  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and food safety regulations in all production activities.
  • Support the introduction of new products and technologies by coordinating trials and process validation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000.
