- Implement the preventive maintenance activities, plans and repair of the cutting line and hot end area with assistance of the cutting line mechanical technician to increase the equipment’s’ reliability and decrease down time.
- Determine, analyse, and plan the required quantity of t spare parts and consumables, then issue PR, and control (follow up) the delivery time and consumption rates to ensure the continuity of the production process.
- Implement the preventive maintenance activities and plans with assistance of the heavy electrical and mechanical technicians to increase the equipment’s’ reliability and lifetime and decrease down time.
- Analyse the root causes of equipment failures; specify the best course of action to repair the equipment to minimize the repair time and ensure best quality.
- Supervise, provide technical assistance to the heavy electrical and mechanical technicians to ensure reliable equipment ‘s repair and overhaul with proper time and quality.
- Maintaining, and monitoring utility systems, including Compressed air, water (Process water, and firefighting water) and NG.
- Issue and follow-up the maintenance plans for all the machines and the equipment’s in batch house, Pumps in Water Station, air compressors and follow-up the condition of industrial services.
- Performing maintenance and repair works to maintain system operations.
- Overseeing and supervising technicians and other support staff.
- Preparing reports on the status of utility systems, including recommendations for improvement.
