Branch Manager – Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the branch.
Monitor daily sales performance and analyze reports.
Implement corrective action plans to improve performance.
Ensure proper execution of sales promotions and company policies.
Team Management
Supervise and lead the branch team, including sales staff and helpers.
Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts efficiently.
Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
Conduct performance evaluations and report results to management.
Store Operations
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, stockroom organization, and operational standards.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are properly implemented.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock losses.
Customer Experience
Deliver a high-quality customer experience at all times.
Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Protect and promote the brand image within the branch.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, attendance, inventory).
Coordinate with Head Office and HR on staff-related matters
