Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our customer care team.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
* Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for customer service
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Experience in dealing with children and their parents is preferred
* Good at dealing with inbound and outbound calls
* Very good to excellent in English, both writing and speaking
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in a customer service role preferred, 1 or 2 years
