Administrative Operations:
- Manage and oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Provide administrative support to all departments and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to administrative and service activities.
Transportation & Fleet Management:
- Supervise and manage company transportation operations, including buses and drivers.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize bus routing and transportation plans to ensure punctuality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and monitor adherence to approved routes and timetables.
- Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle transportation-related issues, incidents, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports related to transportation performance, utilization, and costs.
General Services Management:
- Oversee all general services activities, including cleaning, security, catering, maintenance, and office services.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
- Monitor service providers’ performance and handle service-related issues or escalations.
- Ensure company facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and well-organized condition.
- Manage and control costs related to general services and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations.
