Large Digital Transformation supervisor role\:
Responsible for delivering the Large segment digital channels strategy & desired customer journeys, Monitor the performance of digital channels and implement strategies to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and other key metrics ensuring that digital channels are updated regularly with relevant content.
Key Responsibilities\:
Handling the content foor both portal & app for Large & Gov.
oEnsuring implementing a seamless and customer centric experience when introducing new features or by enhancing existing services experience
oPerformance management\:
oTracking and analyzing customer behavior over the above channels to understand and capitalize over areas of interest to the customer
oPost analysis of each service after launch (number of users, sessions and revenues generated through these channels)
