Technical Product Owner (Software Background)
Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong software background and solid knowledge of Agile methodologies to bridge business needs with technical execution. The ideal candidate will manage the product backlog, translate requirements into clear user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely product releases while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:-Own and manage the Product Backlog, including creating, prioritizing, and maintaining tickets across projects.-Gather, analyze, and document requirements from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.-Translate business requirements into clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and SRS documents.-Plan, define, and manage product releases in alignment with Agile practices.-Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).-Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.-Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and proactively resolve issues.-Coordinate with QA teams to ensure quality standards are met before release.-Support project planning activities including scope, timelines, and resource alignment.-Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business --------Administration, or a related field.-1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a software/IT environment.-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and ceremonies.-Proven experience in writing User Stories, PRD, SRS, and technical documentation.-Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), APIs, and basic testing concepts.-Proficiency in backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira, Trello, Click Up, or Asana.-Experience using Confluence, Notion, or Google Docs for documentation and knowledge sharing.-Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to map user journeys.-Knowledge of Agile certifications or training is a plus (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Practices).-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:-Work Model: On-site (Head Office)-Working Hours: Either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM-Days Off: 2 days per week-Social & Medical Insurance-Career Path: Opportunities for growth within the company
