- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies throughout all site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Manage and guide subcontractors and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems, proposing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, materials, and equipment usage.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in electrical site engineering or construction roles.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and relevant codes.Experience with site supervision and coordination of electrical works.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.Proficiency in using engineering and project management software.Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
