Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Giza. The Sales Engineer will actively engage with customers to identify their technical and business needs, provide product demonstrations, and propose customized machinery solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and building client relationships, offering technical support, creating sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. The role requires a practical understanding of industrial machinery and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain technical machinery operations to clients
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Electric power , Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
Experience within the construction, metal, or oil industry sectors is advantageous
2 years experience in the same field
