1. Developing the necessary programs for various CNC machines such as milling wire and spark plugs.

2. Assist in supervising the operation of CNC machines.

3. Follow up on machine operators.

4. Implementing a production plan to ensure that machines continue to operate 24 hours a day, based on the instructions of the operations manager.

6. Preparing daily production reports, including the number of actual hours for each machine and each product, clarifying the status of the available machines and their operational suitability, and approving them from the operations manager.

7. Ensure that all products are manufactured to the required quality in terms of shape and dimensions.

8. Follow up on regular maintenance of all machines and cleaning machines with the operators and ensure that they are working properly.

9. Follow up on repairing machine malfunctions with the maintenance technician and ensure that the repair process is carried out as required

Skills

● Skill in operating CNC machines and tools, as well as precision measuring instruments

● Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

● Computer proficient with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM

● Mechanical aptitude and good mathematics skills

● A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach

● Good communication abilities

● Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline a plus

● Has the ability to work additional hours as needed.
