Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software systems used throughout the manufacturing facility, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Assist employees with IT-related problems, including computer setup, software installations, and login issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Keep track of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and make recommendations for procurement as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
