Job Title: Quality Inspector / Quality Supervisor
Location: 6th of October City – Third Industrial Zone

Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality and safety standards, and for monitoring production and storage processes to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring:
Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet specifications.
Conduct quality tests and verify results before products are released to the market.
Storage and Handling Procedures:
Ensure proper storage of products to prevent damage or spoilage.
Monitor product shelf life, temperature, and humidity as required.
Documentation and Reporting:
Record daily inspection results and prepare quality reports for management.
Report any quality issues or complaints and assist in corrective actions.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Work closely with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Participate in quality improvement meetings and process reviews.
Compliance with Standards:
Follow all health and safety policies.
Adhere to local and international food industry standards and specifications.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate across departments.
Analytical skills to identify and solve quality issues.
Good knowledge of food safety procedures and proper storage practices.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree, preferably in Quality Assurance or Food Industry.
Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in the food sector.
Working Hours & Benefits:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
