We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with proven hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia to oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, manage payroll, and support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Saudi GAAP.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal control policies.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations and statutory filings.
- Supervise payroll processing for employees in Egypt & Saudi Arabia, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Manage the company’s Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Monitor changes in Saudi financial regulations and implement necessary process adjustments.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure accurate profit reporting.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience in both Egypt & Saudi Arabia, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Excellent in English, both written and spoken.Proven track record of managing accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Saudi GAAP, Saudi tax regulations, and cost managementStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is highly desirable.
